- Installed a new phone system so that we can finally provide 24-7 voice mail '10
- In the final stages of implementing a COR-certified safety program '10
- Upgraded our audited quality system to the ISO 9001:2008 standard '09
- Relocated generator-related services to Cole Avenue to provide more shop space for motor-related services in our main shop (especially large-scale motors and armatures for heavy industry) '09

- Installed a new, larger paint booth for handling larger and heavier parts and products

- added a second set of equipment for vibration analysis & correction (second CSI 2120) & laser-alignment (Combi & CSI), 03

- added a second Schenck dynamic balancer (small precision model, to complement the larger 5,000+ lb model), '03
